DADCARE Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of DADCARE, including its business-management tools, Marketplace, websites, installed web application and related services. DADCARE is operated by DADCAS INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED. By creating an account, accessing DADCARE or using a DADCARE service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About DADCARE
DADCARE provides digital tools that may include inventory, sales, point-of-sale functions, employee management, reports, expenses, product publishing, Marketplace listings and other business or consumer services. Some features may not be available to every user, business, country or subscription plan.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for protecting your password, PIN, authentication credentials and devices used to access DADCARE. You must not impersonate another person or business, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, or use another person's account without authority.
If you reasonably believe your account has been compromised, use the DADCARE Help page to seek assistance as soon as possible.
3. Business accounts, employees and permissions
A business owner or authorised administrator may add employees and grant specific permissions. Permissions may control whether a person can sell products, view inventory, record expenses or deposits, view reports or profit information, manage users, or perform other actions.
Being a member of a business does not automatically give a person access to all business information. Business owners are responsible for deciding which authorised users should receive sensitive permissions. DADCARE may enforce those permissions in both the user interface and on the server.
4. Business data
Business data remains the data of the person or business that lawfully supplied it. DADCARE may process that data as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, perform requested functions, maintain audit trails and backups, prevent misuse, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Private ERP information such as internal cost prices, employee information, deposit evidence, profit figures and private reports is not intended to become Marketplace-public merely because a business uses DADCARE.
5. Financial and business records
DADCARE may maintain records of sales, expenses, payments, deposits, voids, corrections and other business activities. Certain financial records may be protected from ordinary deletion or silent alteration so that the business can preserve a reliable audit trail. Where a correction is required, DADCARE may retain the original record together with the correction.
DADCARE is business-management software. Unless a separate service expressly says otherwise, DADCARE is not acting as your bank, accountant, auditor, tax adviser or other regulated financial adviser. Reports and calculations depend on the information available to the system. Businesses remain responsible for checking their records, taxes, statutory filings and financial decisions.
6. Marketplace sellers
DADCARE may allow sellers to publish products or services to a public Marketplace. A seller is responsible for ensuring that each listing is lawful, accurate and not misleading, and for having the right to offer the listed item.
Sellers are responsible for product descriptions, prices, condition, availability representations, images, videos and their ability to supply what they offer. Unless DADCARE expressly states otherwise for a particular transaction, DADCARE is a technology platform and is not the manufacturer or owner of products listed by independent sellers.
7. Marketplace buyers
Buyers should review product information and seller details before completing a transaction. Where DADCARE does not process or hold a payment itself, the buyer and seller remain responsible for the transaction arrangements between them.
A listing on DADCARE is not by itself a guarantee that the item is genuine, suitable, safe or available. DADCARE may investigate reports of fraud, misleading listings or abuse and may restrict affected listings or accounts.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not use DADCARE to commit fraud, impersonate others, deceive users, gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, distribute malware, exploit security vulnerabilities, manipulate business or financial records unlawfully, or violate another person's rights.
You may not publish goods, services or content that are unlawful in the place where they are offered or supplied. DADCARE may remove or restrict content or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.
9. Content, images and videos
You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload, including product images, videos and descriptions. By publishing content through DADCARE, you grant DADCARE a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, resize, display and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate DADCARE, the Marketplace, product pages, thumbnails and sharing features.
You must have the right to upload and publish the content you provide.
10. Subscriptions
Some DADCARE services may require a paid subscription. Applicable prices, durations and included features should be shown before purchase. Access to paid features may be limited after a subscription expires, subject to any applicable grace period or other rule communicated for that plan.
Any refund or cancellation rules that apply to a particular paid service will be communicated with that service.
11. Service availability
DADCARE aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The service may occasionally be affected by maintenance, internet failures, infrastructure failures, third-party providers, security events or circumstances outside DADCARE's reasonable control.
12. Security
Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, tenant separation or other security controls. DADCARE may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate a security threat or protect users and business data.
13. Suspension and termination
DADCARE may restrict or suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, illegal activity, serious abuse, a security risk, repeated violation of these Terms or unpaid services where payment is required. Where reasonably possible, affected users may be informed of the reason for the restriction.
Users may stop using DADCARE at any time. Certain audit, security or financial records may need to be retained after an account is closed where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes or financial integrity.
14. Responsibility and limitations
DADCARE is responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care. DADCARE is not responsible for independent business decisions, seller representations, buyer behaviour, information entered by users, or transactions carried out outside systems controlled by DADCARE, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
15. Changes to these Terms
DADCARE may update these Terms as the service develops or legal requirements change. For material changes, DADCARE may provide reasonable notice or request renewed acceptance where appropriate. The current effective date and last-updated date will be shown on this page.
16. Contact
For account support, legal concerns, suspected fraud, scams, prohibited products, abuse or privacy requests, use the DADCARE Help page. Dedicated contact addresses may be published later; until then, DADCARE will not publish an email address that has not been activated and monitored.
