DADCARE Marketplace Rules
These rules apply to listings and activity on the DADCARE Marketplace, operated by DADCAS INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED. They supplement the DADCARE Terms of Service.
1. Be truthful
Sellers must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Do not deliberately misrepresent a product's identity, condition, ownership, origin, price, location or availability.
2. Sell only what you have the right to offer
You must have the legal right and practical ability to offer the item or service you publish. Do not list stolen goods, counterfeit goods presented as genuine, or goods or services whose sale is unlawful where they are offered or supplied.
3. Prohibited activity
The Marketplace must not be used for fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, money laundering, malicious software, unauthorised access, exploitation, threats, harassment or other unlawful conduct.
DADCARE may restrict listings involving dangerous, regulated or age-restricted goods where publication or sale would be unlawful or would create an unreasonable safety or compliance risk.
4. Images, video and descriptions
Media and descriptions should represent the item being offered and must not unlawfully copy another person's work, impersonate another seller, or intentionally deceive buyers. By publishing media, you confirm that you have the right to use it as described in the DADCARE Terms of Service.
5. Seller responsibility
Sellers remain responsible for their listings, communications with buyers and fulfilment of transactions. Publishing a listing does not transfer ownership of the seller's goods to DADCARE.
6. Buyer care
Buyers should review listing information, communicate carefully and use reasonable judgment before paying or collecting an item. A DADCARE listing is not, by itself, a warranty or certification of a seller or product.
7. Payments
Where DADCARE does not expressly provide a payment or holding service for a transaction, payment arrangements made directly between a buyer and seller remain their responsibility. Sellers must not falsely claim that DADCARE guarantees, holds or insures a payment when no such service has been provided for that transaction.
8. Enforcement
DADCARE may remove or limit a listing, restrict publishing, suspend an account, preserve relevant records or take other reasonable action where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, a security threat, unlawful content or a serious violation of these rules or the Terms of Service.
Enforcement decisions may take account of the available evidence, the seriousness of the issue, repeated behaviour and the need to protect users and the platform.
9. Reporting fraud, scams or prohibited content
If you believe a listing or user is involved in fraud, a scam, impersonation, prohibited goods or abusive conduct, use the DADCARE Help page. Include enough information to identify the listing or account and explain the concern. Do not publish another person's sensitive information publicly when making a report.
10. Changes
DADCARE may update these rules as the Marketplace develops or applicable requirements change. The current effective date and last-updated date will be shown on this page.
