DADCARE Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 September 2026 · Last updated: 8 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DADCARE, operated by DADCAS INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED, handles information when people use DADCARE's business-management tools, Marketplace, websites and installed web application.

1. Information DADCARE may process

Depending on the features you use, DADCARE may process information such as your name, email address, phone number, country, account and authentication information; business information; employee roles and permissions; products and inventory; sales, expenses and other business records; deposit or financial-control records; Marketplace listings; images and videos; support communications; device, security and technical information; and other information you choose to provide through the service.

2. Why DADCARE processes information

DADCARE may process information to provide requested services, authenticate users, enforce permissions, maintain business records, operate the Marketplace, prevent fraud and abuse, preserve audit trails, provide support, maintain security and reliability, improve the service, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Public Marketplace information and private business information

A seller may deliberately publish selected information to the public DADCARE Marketplace. Published listing information, such as a product title, price, description, seller-facing information, location information chosen for the listing, and product media, may therefore be visible to other users or the public.

Private business information is different. Internal cost prices, private employee information, internal financial reports, deposit evidence, profit calculations and other private ERP records are not intended to become Marketplace-public merely because a business uses DADCARE.

4. Business owners and authorised employees

Within a business account, access to information may depend on permissions assigned by the business owner or an authorised administrator. DADCARE may restrict sensitive information at the server level so that a user who lacks the required permission does not receive that information.

5. Service providers

DADCARE may use third-party service providers for functions such as hosting, email delivery, media storage, authentication, monitoring or communications. Those providers may process information as necessary to perform the services they provide to DADCARE and are subject to their own legal and security obligations.

DADCARE will not intentionally make private ERP information public through the Marketplace merely because that information is stored in the same DADCARE platform.

6. Security

DADCARE uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures may include authentication, permission checks, tenant separation, audit records and other security controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their own passwords, authentication credentials and authorised devices.

7. Data retention

DADCARE may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, preserve audit or financial integrity, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Different categories of information may require different retention periods.

Closing an account does not necessarily mean that every audit, security or financial record can be immediately deleted.

8. Cookies, sessions and installed web-app data

DADCARE may use cookies, local browser storage or similar technical mechanisms where needed for authentication, security, preferences, installed-web-app behaviour and reliable operation. DADCARE's service worker and offline features do not change the access permissions that apply to private business data.

9. Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law and the nature of the record, you may request help concerning your account or personal information. DADCARE may need to verify your identity before acting on a sensitive request, and some records may need to be retained for security, audit, financial or legal reasons.

Use the DADCARE Help page for privacy or account-data requests until a dedicated monitored privacy contact address is published.

10. Children

DADCARE's business-management services are intended for people who can lawfully operate, work for, or act on behalf of a business, subject to applicable law. DADCARE should not be used to knowingly submit a child's personal information without appropriate lawful authority.

11. Changes to this Policy

DADCARE may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, its service providers or applicable requirements change. Material changes may be communicated where reasonably appropriate. The current effective date and last-updated date will be shown on this page.
