Sign in with the email address you registered with, and your own password. Check that the address has no typing mistake and no extra space. After several wrong attempts DADCARE pauses sign-in for a minute; wait, then try again.
Open Forgot password, enter your email address, and follow the link sent to that address. The link works once and expires, so request a new one if it no longer opens. Choosing a new password signs out every device that was using the old one.
Forgot passwordYour employer adds you using the email address of your own DADCARE account. You keep your own account and your own password: nobody at the business sets a password for you and nobody can sign in as you. Register first if you do not have an account yet, then tell your employer which address you used.
Once you have been added, sign in normally and the business appears as your workspace. What you can open inside it is decided by the permissions your employer gave you.
That is a complete DADCARE account, not a problem to fix. You can stay signed in with no business at all: an employer can add you at any time, and you do not have to create anything for that to work.
Creating a business is optional and entirely your choice. Choose Set up My Business from Home when you want to sell, track stock and manage a team of your own. Creating one does not affect any business you are employed by.
